Car, Color, Rot

It’s time for me to do something with the car. It has been sitting for weeks in the driveway. I bought a house to do something with it and managed to not do anything. I need to resolve that.

Car sized hole?

Car sized hole.

Once that was out of the way, it was time to tackle another issue that I’ve been putting off. Gutters. The gutters on the front of the house are in terrible shape. They weren’t in good shape when I moved in and that hasn’t gotten better. I’ve been delaying this because I figured there would be a lot of rot up there and I didn’t want to deal with it.

Glad to see I wasn’t wrong. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great. Thankfully I was able to get it all torn out in the morning and put back together that evening. We even managed to slap a little paint on it. I have this thing for red if you haven’t figured that out yet. So Greg and I talked red.

These are some good reds. They aren’t crazy bright, they aren’t gaudy. I do think that it does convey a solid red. This was a hard decision.
